What do the numbers at the top of my dashboard mean?

The four tiles at the top of your dashboard show today's status: number of calls, missed calls, average duration and pickup rate.

  • Calls today — the total number of calls from you and your team.
  • Missed today — calls that weren't answered.
  • Avg duration — the average call length.
  • Pickup rate — the share of calls that were answered.

Good to know: a dash (—) instead of a number means there's no data yet — normal if you haven't called or been called today, not an error.
